Worst Awful. Waitress ---Sully, not helpful, must have been having a bad day. Asked if the Chicken Milanese was thin? Answer we don't pound our chicken... Never could get a smile until we left...

Garden Salad.. does not take a rocket scientist... but even our young grandson could see the brown and wilted lettuce on the top... too bad the cook and server didn't see that??

The pizza was flacid and tasteless. the mozzerella was old and hard

Asked that some tortolleni soup be brought out quickly for our grandson... it took 15 min... and the tortolleni were hard.. as in dry ones that had not been cooked long enough and had no filling? The broth was low on flavor.

The portobello mushroom appetizer.... limp mushrooms, uninspired dressing and mozzeralla that was "old"

Never got a refill on the drinks.

Did get some good bread.. and the olive oil on the table was very nice and peppery.

The place was not busy... now I know why... one star because there is no option for zero stars

Excellent pizza. I have never been to Giovanni, but have had their pizza delivered. The quality is excellent, and it is clear that they use fresh ingredients. The crust is very nice and thin, and has a great taste. Highly recommended.

best baked ziti anywhere. This restaurant makes the best baked ziti I've ever had, the service is great, the food is fabulous and they cater to your needs whether its to diminish the salt in the food or to decrease the seasoning.

I go there every week. It is not a romantic setting, its more like an everyday kind of place but the service is great and I believe that the owner is there most of the time and even prepares some of the meals.

If you want to have a good time and good food, this is the place to go. It is very quite in there most of the time so if you sit way in the back, you will not hear the cars passing by.

Tasty and Affordable Arthur Avenue. Giovanni's is my Arthur Avenue staple. When I want to go out have a nice simple dish, Giovanni's is the place. The only downside is that the decor is average, so do not expect anything fancy, and the service can be ditzy at times. Great pasta dishes and chicken dishes.

Above and beyond. Service, food, character all were terrific. But the people went above and beyond to make an out-of-towner feel welcome -- part of the family actually.

Deliciosa. It's the best pizza outside a 50 km region that surrounds Naples. Baked in a brick oven, topped with sweet pomodori sauce, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil, the pizza is worth the trip to Arthur Avenue.
