Great coffee, great service. Superb customer service! I brought my Gaggia machine in for service, and I swear it's working better than the day I bought it. Extremely thorough job! About a month later, I had another issue with it, brought it in, and Johnny saw to it that it was fixed #1, felt responsible that it was something they might have overlooked(Not so sure), didn't charge for the repair, and threw in some descaling solution! They have a customer for life! GREAT selection of coffee among other things, and great prices! EVERYONE is so nice! You will NOT be disappointed!

Experts!. Cerini Coffee has provided me parts for my Saeco Aroma Espresso Machine at a reasonable price and always with prompt shipping. This was my 3rd purchase and second group gasket from them. It is the gasket that sits between the boiler and the portafilter. I have had the machine for 4-years but have gone through 3-gaskets since February 2011. Nick the technician spent a few invaluable minutes with me. He is an expert! He pointed out (3) things I was doing wrong with my machine. Thank you!!! PS - Yes the steam switch was on…he he.

EQUIPMENT AND COFFEE GALORE. HAVING BEEN IN THE COFFEE SALES FOR YEARS, I CONSIDER MYSELF KNOWLEDGEABLE. NOT ONLY WAS I IMPRESSED WITH CERINIS WIDE ARRAY OF COFFEE MAKING EQUIPMENT BUT ALSO THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS THEMSELVES BASED UPON INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. THEY SURE KNOW THEIR BEANS! AFTER HAVING MADE SEVERAL PURCHASES FROM THEM I WILL NO LONGER BUY ELSEWHERE...I AM A CERINI BELIEVER AND BUYER!

Great Store. I was on Arthur Avenue last weekend and I decided to stop in to Cerini Coffee & Gifts. I didn't need anything in particualr, but I was so impressed with the store front, I just had to stop in. They have the largest selection of espresso beans I've ever seen. The owner and proprietor, Johnny Cerini, has a great understanding of machines and what beans work best. I highly recommend Cerini for coffee, housewares, and all things Italian.
