In Short – At 250 sprawling acres, this national landmark in the northern half of Bronx Park contains 16 gardens, a cascading waterfall and the historic Snuff Mill. Home to the country's largest Victorian greenhouse, the garden also houses the International Plant Science Center where botanical research has been going on since 1891. An array of special events spans from the Tulip Festival to free Sunday afternoon concerts in summer.
Nice garden!

NY Botanical Garden is the best place to visit in the Bronx. If I am not mistaken, it is the largest garden in the United States. There are different kinds of plants in the garden. I bring my kids there every other month. My oldest daughter loves gardening and she learned a lot about plants in this garden. I usually bring them there on Wednesday when they have free admissions. We usually spend at least 3 or 4 hours there.
