1st Warning Sign: If they can't spell the name of the restaurant correctly, they probably can't cook the food, either: "The Fresco Tortillas". Correct would be all English, "The Fresh Tortillas", or all Spanish, "Las Tortillas Frescas".
2nd Warning Sign: This takeout joint doubles as Tommy's Kitchen, a Chinese restaurant. The staff is Chinese. What are they doing cooking Mexican?
Black beans were really refried beans (maybe pinto, maybe black, I couldn't even tell), hard, oily corn chips, watery guacamole, overcooked, dried-up meat--need I go on?
Maybe their Chinese food is better, but I'm not going to be the guinea pig on that one...
