Apparently the new owners got rid of the old cars, and have sunk a whole lot of money in a truck load of new black Cadillac Devilles. Great looking, black limo type cars. i have been taking them lately and they are always fast and very reasonable!! Open 24/7/365.

Good neighborhood business

I am a business traveler and have used target for airport service on a weekly basis. I use them early in the morning. Overall my experience with them has been positive. They have always been on-time or early. Drivers are respectful and helpful. Their rates are very reasonable and actually beat the bigger cab company's rates. The cars are comfortable. Some of the drivers are exceptionally professional and friendly, but all of the ones I have had have met the bare minimum of timely, knowledgeable, and respectful. I live in Riverdale and I enjoy using a local company that knows the area and has a sense of responsibility to take good care of area residents. The dispatcher has always been friendly and helpful.

The only issue I have had is their Credit Card machine has been broken several times over the past few months. Sometimes this lead me to use another provider for the week. I do appreciate however that the dispatcher is up front about the problem so I can use someone else if I need to. The machine has been OK for the past month (knock on wood...).

Overall, I much prefer using Target to using the big guys.

• Pros: Know the area, on time, good price, friendly & helpful drivers, likeable dispatcher
• Cons: Credit card machine not always functional; call ahead for credit card reservations.

Worst Taxi Anywhere!! Avoid at all costs....rude, disgusting, and dirty!!

NEVER, ever use Target Taxi. They are the worst company I have ever used for a car. First of all, they are late nearly all the time. Yesterday I used them and I waited an extra half hour in the rain for them. I called three times while I waited and they kept saying he was right around the corner, when in fact he was not. They are always rude on the phone, and never say sorry or take any responsibility for late arrivals. Many of my friends have used their service, since my school is connected to them, and they have all complained. The drivers are terrifying, often flying around corners, swearing at other cars, and even smoking in the car!! Some cars are disgusting, smelling like uring and cigarette smoke. The operators and dispatchers are the worst. They never are polite, and act like you owe them everything. I have missed two classes since I was so late waiting for them, and they still charge the full price and expect tip. Take any other car service besides them. I believe Miles Car Service is supposed to be a lot better. I would honestly rather walk than deal with them. Never take them, for I can guarantee you that you will be late. Awful!!!
