I've parked at this garage for 3 years and have never had a problem. the attendants are attentive and fast.

prone to flooding- saty away

This garage has flooded twice in as many years. First time my car was damaged by a heavy rainstorm when their pump for the lower level failed. Second time was when the water main broke in riverdale on broadway in June 2009. Now they are giving me a hard time about getting my deposit back.
