SIMPLY THE BEST. After an unsuccessful stokes interview I was placed in removal proceedings. In my bid to avoid deportation I contacted many Lawyers to seek legal representation but I was adviced to seek voluntary departure as my case was hopeless. Sad and dejected, I mentioned my plight to a friend who referred me to Ike Mbamali.Upon being retained he prepared and filed a new I-130 petition on my behalf, and got same approved and was able to persuade the Judge and Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) to avoid a new stokes proceedings. Thereafter a trial was held for the I-485 and the Judge approved my green card application
