My business has been with Honigs for a couple years now, so far, I really don't have complains. Customer service is good. Sales reps know their appliances and if
they don't they will find out for you and make a full report on the appliance back to you. Since Honig's has a small display, they usually recommend to browse around other stores and come back with a model number. Once they have the model they look it up and usually beat the prices of the competitors. Delivery is
most of the time the next day or two, which for me is pretty quick. It is unfortunate that the other review has negative comments, I have never had to go through that experience. They actually have my authorization to keep my business credit card info on file. Once the order I have placed is completed, they charge the card and mail the paid invoice to me. Okay, in the beginning the three first invoices were never received but they had the wrong address but it was corrected and they sent copies.
Do not give this business a deposit or give them your credit card number.They will take your deposit months in advance and still not have the appliance you ordered ready for delivery when your contractor needs it.
They make further unauthorized charges to your credit card, and share your credit card info with other businesses in other states (presumably to avoid taxes) that then charge your CC without your permission.
