Tips for Giovanni Restaurant and Great Pizza

Try to avoid if you can. I try to avoid this place as much as possible. I placed an order and when I got home something was missing. I called them up and told them and the girl that I spoke to gave me an attitude as if it was my fault they forgot to give me my complete order. She said "Well you're gonna have to come pick it up"( They are located at the corner from where I live) it would have been nice if they could have taken the 5 mins to bring it over but I guess that's asking for too much.

Total disappointment. I've ordered from Giovanni's several times and you never really know what you're getting. they have gotten my order wrong on several occasions and are very rude and unapologetic about it blaming the customer for ordering wrong when I know for a fact I didn't. The food takes about an hour to arrive and they will not deliver to your door so you have to go and find them on the street. Needless to say the pizza is barely warm by the time it's on your table. There is no excuse for poor customer service and I would advise you to save your money!
