Impressed with the service

I recently called on Millwood's appliance to service my Asko dishwasher which had problems that no one was able to diagnose correctly in the past. I was scheduled within a three hour block and the technician arrived to my residence in a timely manner. upon his arrival the technician made me feel very comfortable and secure as he assured me of his familiarity with working on Asko appliances. I was very impressed not only with the technician's knowledge with Asko's appliances and repairs, but also with his professionalism and ability to solve and correct the problem. I definately will recommend Millwood's to my friends and I will become a repeat customer in the future as well. Thanks for your courtesy and superb work ethics Millwood's!!

Execlent service

Excellent service.

I looked up Millwood's Appliance specifically to write a good review, then I found these negative reviews. I find them hard to believe, and with the infrequency and single digit reviews I find it unlikely that they characterize the quality of service. If I had seen these reviews before contracting work I probably wouldn't have chosen Millwood's Appliace. I'm glad I didn't. The reviews are misleading.

The repair person arrived on time and did the work in an expedious manner. He was kind, neat and polite and explained beforehand the work that was to be done.

I would refer this company to friends and associates.

Millwood doesn't have their act together!

I call Millwood, they send a repairman a week later. The guy never shows up. They send another repairman the following week after I called them to say, Hey! What's up?

This new guy comes in tells me how great he is for about an hour and a half, after yapping my ear he finally looks at the problem, says he needs to order a part, I pay him 95 bucks. I never hear from Millwood until a week later. They tell me they are going to charge 235.00 to fix my dishwasher and that they will call to schedule an appointment. That was 2 weeks ago. I called them this morning at 10:30am and all I got was an answering machine. I should have gone through ANGIES List !!! Millwood doesn't have their act together.

Great service!

A technician came to my house the same day I called and repaired my GE Refrigerator in no time. Very professional and affordable. I will use this company again.
