Awful!. Beyond rude and obnoxious. Didn't even make it past the phone call. I'd rather be stuck then pay that nasty old man a dime.

THE WORST TOWING COMPANTY IN THE WORLD. This company left me on the street from 5 to 10pm stating that someone from Queens was bringing a truck that they themselves didnt even own Geico needs to pull their contract with these guys as they make Geico look bad...... Had to cancel and get a better company to come.....

Never lets you down. I have used them for years, The prices are very reasonable. You will have to be paitent when they are busy . Ask for john he is really into customer service. They disconted my drive shaft not to ruin the transmission on my truck, great service I like their sevice I would reccommend. master fire bx ny

HORRIBLE COMPANY!.
My car was stuck on a block of ice and called at 8am to get it towed off and waited for an hour, called crown towing services, if it wasn't enough having a rude guy on the phone , he told me it would be 15 minutes for the truck to come and an hour later the tow truck still didn't arrive. At 1030pm I called again to check where the tow truck was and the guy told me my ticket was cancelled and that there was no truck available for us.Horrible company with rude employers that have no clue what they are doing nor any organizational skills!!! Do not reccommend at all !

Horrible company..
I looked up this company by going thru the internet. They gave me a deal i could not pass. i was excited.. I wanted to use them to forward my truck from the bronx to queens because i had been in an accident. They promised me they would meet me at the towing company and pay them 175.00..when i arrived they shocked me by telling me that I did not have an appointment and that they will not be forwarding my car into queens. it was such a disappointment. i live in queens. this company is not reliable and does not keep their word. I spoke to several people on the phone and no one could help me and provide any type of service. please do not use this company.....the supervisor was nasty and unprofessional.
