Excellent program

I enrolled my son in this program last year after he had aged out of the OTC program and couldn't be happier with the services that Gateway has provided over the past year. The program offers many groups that help to teach various skills such as money handling, grooming and basic personal hygiene practices, literacy and computer skills. The program also provides their clients with many opportunities to go out into the community. There are shopping groups, travel safety groups, and field trips once a week.

Gateway also has an evening/weekend recreation program. This program would be really beneficial for parents like myself who work until 5pm during the week. The clients participate in recreation activities from 3 - 6:30pm and are given dinner before they are sent home. My son loves the program so much that he attends on the weekends as well.

I highly recommend this program to any parent whose child is graduating from the OTC or may be unhappy with their current day program. The staff are very friendly and the program has a lot to offer.

Great place for your child to prepare for the world

I used to be an MS Coordinator who dealt a lot with this agency and I always liked what I saw when I visited my clients there, especially I liked the field trips they went on. The clients always seemed to get along great with staffs and the bosses was great too. They opened up an evening programI hear and everyone I know who has seen it says that they have fun activities like plays and professional dancing and exercise. I would highly recommend this program.

You Sound Like a Disgruntled Employee

Whoever wrote the previous reviews is making some serious allegations. Sounds more like a disgruntled employee or ex-employee who doesn't particularly like the guy mentioned. These remarks...made on the same day coincidently are worse than keying a person's car because they took your parking spot. Check out the place and don't read this idiotic nonsense. PS, to the author of these comments, you are committing some serious crimes posting allegations about a private individual on a public site. Be very careful how you decide to act out your anger against someone.
