My son had a wonderful wedding due to the help settembre limousine! They were on time, professional, all dressed in tuxedo's, and everyone who helped us book the cars were very kind.

My son rented a 22 passenger escalade and roll royce princess and a 36 passenger shuttle bus. All of the cars were beautiful. The escalade held the bridal party, who raved about who amazing the car looked inside. The princess made trip to take my husband and I as well as the Bride and Groom to the church and then to the reception. Lastly, the shuttle bus came before and after the reception to shuttle our guest from the hotel.

The whole duration of the wedding went very smoothly all because each car arrived 10 minutes before scheduled which made loading the passengers very easy (no one had to rush). The drivers were so nice to us, assisted my daughter in law with her dress into the church and even poured the bridal party champange as they came out of the ceremony.

Overall, I really enjoyed the Settembre Limousine services and would recomend them to everyone! They made my son's wedding magical.

Beautiful cars/ great service

My now husband and I used settembre for our wedding this past august as well as our honeymoon trips to the airport. Their service was excellent! The drivers showed up early the car were beautiful. The owner, Tony, was available at all hours to answer our questions as well as on the night of our wedding. The girl in the office was great helped me plan the timing and even suggested different scenarios for different cars to see what would accommodate our wedding best. I recommend everyone to use this company there pricing are the best in the area and they have a beautiful showroom in peekskill where you can see all there cars! No wonder there still a highly recommended company after 22 years in business.

Great limousine company, great costs

Looks like people only write reviews on CitySearch to complain, however, I've used Settembre Limos several times--two proms, 1 bachelorette, 1 wedding, 3 work events and over a dozen airport pickups and had no complaints. I love their extravagant party limos (especially the big buses) and comfortable sedans.

Warning Do Not Use this company

Warning Do Not Use this company.....They are totally Unreliable and Unorganized

My husband and I got married on June 6th 2009. We reserved a town car from Settembre to pick us up at the end of our reception in South Salem to bring us to our hotel in Rye. The car was supposed to come at 12:00. At 12:30, our guests were long gone and we were waiting with no town car in sight.

When our reception site finally got in touch in with Settembre, they gave us the name of ed and told us to call his number. Ed was called and his wife answered (it sounded like they were sleeping) Ed told us he was on another job (lie #1, ed was at home).

At this point it was late and my parents ended up taking us to our hotel. Who wants their parents to bring them to the hotel on their wedding night????

The next morning we called Settembre again from the airport (before we left on our honeymoon). This time they told us they were sorry and Ed thought his night was already over (lie #2). We told them we would be in touch when we returned.

We returned on the 15th of June and my mother told us that while we were away Settembre called and said they were there to pick us up at 12:30 (lie #3). We were there waiting at 12:30

On the week of the 15th, my husband called several times. The sales manager Chris told us he was unaware of the issue and would call us back. We got no call. My husband called again and was told the owner would be getting back to us. He never did. The following Monday, June 22nd, my husband finally spoke to the owner told us that Ed was never the driver that was supposed to be there which is why he was confused and the driver who was scheduled to get us did not arrive until 1:30. The owner Tony was apologetic, but its all too little too late.

Horrible Customer Service

Do not use this limo services unless you want to be treated with disrespect and receive horrible limo service. I have filed a complaint regarding this company and their lack of proffessionalism. They went to the wrong hotel after I told them twice the correct address. Then they refuse to speak to me regarding the matter. I've made numerous attempts to discuss it but the owner refuses to call me back.

• Pros: The actual limo was beautiful
• Cons: The drivers did not know where they were going and the owner does not return phone calls
