Beware!. I used Family Helpers to hire a nanny. After 3 months, the nanny stopped showing up on time, called out on numerous occasions and just added more stress to my life. I called Family helpers and spoke with Susan who was completely unhelpful and really did not care. She said to get another nanny I would have to pay ANOTHER fee in addition to the fee I paid to get the original nanny! Beware!!! They are more out for money that to help your family!!

I am Susan Tokayer, owner of Family Helpers. I am responding to "beware." This client phoned to say she wanted a replacement because her had called to cancel 2X. The replacement guarantee period had expired, so a replacement was no longer offered under the agreement. As a compromise we offered to replace the nanny & asked that the client only pay the cost of a background check, rather than an a new agency fee. The cost of a background check was about $100. Client declined our offer.
