bad haircut and even worse customer service. I got a haircut there almost 4 weeks ago and let them know within 2 days that I was not happy with it. The owner even remembered me being there and that I asked for a trim and NOT a totally different look which is what I walked out with. At first she was sympathetic and said that she would work it out with me . Since then she has not returned any of my calls. I would stay clear of this Spa salon! Obviously it isn't in their charter to make sure that the customer is happy with their service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. Don't get a mainucure or pedicure here!!!!! It was the The whole experiece from start to finish was a huge disappointment & a total waste of $75.

Your local nail place will do a MUCH better job!

Excellent service and ambiance. I disagree with the "not so hot" review. I've had deep tissue massage - something not everyone does well - and have been incredibly happy with how I've felt during and afterwards. Its an industrial building and yes, cold looking, but when you open the door to the RiverSpa life changes. A full service spa with hair and nail salon, it was quite enjoyable to sit in the quiet room after my massage and have tea and just contemplate my happiness. Prices are on par with the area and services. I'd recommend this to anyone. Massage rooms are clean, quiet, and very zen. Personnel are nice and knowledgeable and they listen.

not so hot.... Riverspa is in a very ugly building. The spa itself is clean and newer, but the services were rushed, and there is no spa-like relaxing waiting room and other amenities like a sauna, etc. Also, the only way you see the view is from the manicure room.

nice get away. I had the same person do my nails, v. loud but understood her craft. I did not know how to tell her that I didn't want to have a conversation about her life and times. The space was very exquisite, its like your are walking into heaven. Met the owner she was a hoot, a little off the wall, but wanted to asure that all clients needs were met.

Incredible!. Riverspa is by far the best spa I have ever been to. Located along the Hudson River, the large lofty space is beautiful inside (although it's in a large industrial building- appearances are deceiving). The facials and massages are heaven on earth and the staff really knows what they're doing. I trust NOBODY else to my skin or hair; that's how good they are. V. professional, V. sanitary, V. relaxing. Highly recommended.
