Unprofessional, Rude, No Experience In The Basics. My girlfriend setup an appointment to have her hair curled with curlers & when she got there was told to go home & curl her own hair because they only use curling irons. They didnt have the appointment written down correctly. When she showed up they tried to cut her hair, not curl it. Their website says "stop by for all of your hair care needs" but apparently that does not apply to curling.

The service was anything but friendly & completely unprofessional. The women she was there to see was upset when she showed up for her appointment because she commented that "now she'd have to get up off her chair & do some work". She was then ask to pay $30 for a wash & dry even though they never curled her hair!

Courtesy & professionalism go a long way. This business is not providing either of them.
