HIGH HANDED AND UNRESPONSIVE

I WAS A LONG TIME PATIENT. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AS LONG AS NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOU. WHEN I HAD A RELATIVELY MINOR HEALTH ISSUE, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A CALL BACK OR ACTION OF ANY KIND. I MOVED TO A DIFFERENT GROUP AND AM TREATED LIKE A VALUED PATIENT. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE WESTCHESTER MEDICAL GROUP, TRY NOT TO INCONVENIENCE THEM WITH REQUESTS FOR CARE. THEY TREATED ME VERY POORLY.

My son was treated at the Westchester Medical Group. The treatment itself was fine, the problem is with its billing office. A mistake was made in 2007 when they filed with my insurance. Since then I have been yelled at, patronized and today hung up on while trying to fix the problem. I am sure that there are many good Doctors in White Plains so I would advise going to an institution with a professional business office. This has been a nightmare.
