totally incompetent staff

was there to shop for a mountain bike and the staff members are incompetent and the store is disorganized. the guy tried to sell me a 18" mens frame and i am only 5'2" tall with a regular body proportion. imagine if someone who has no basic knowledge about bike fitting, goes there, buys that 18", takes it to the trail and very likely will injure himself/herself with a bike that has virtually no clearance. the store owner needs to hire people who are well trained and experienced to work there!
