5 star rating! I just discovered Grin and Bare It on a recommendation from my dermatologist. He highly recommended this hair removal business and he was right on! First, the location is spotless, Ellen Rosmarin, the electrologist is very personable, knowledgeable and has a gentle touch. I had chin hairs for twenty years that i tweezed and now they are a thing of the past. I highly recommend Grin and Bare It and am considering going back to have my bikini hair line taken care of.

0 is not a low enough rating.... I rarely speak my mind when it comes to my experiences with establishments, but for "Grin & Bare It" I must.

This was the first electrolysis treatment I sought and it was a horrible experience. Over 1 year later I still have the scars from this woman's negligence (She's the owner and the only one who does it). After two treatments (I gave her another chance because I did not know any better), I found another place and they knew all about her because so many of her former clients came to them with horror stories. The woman BURNED & SCARRED me. She took no precautions to make sure that the machine was set correctly for my skin color and type nor my hair type.

I have been very successful at my new place and cannot believe the decreased amount of pain, the excellent attention to my comfort and needs, and LACK of scarring I have received from them. Honestly, even a year later I am crushed. I am now embarrased by the scars she caused and will now have to spend extra money likely getting laser scar reduction therapy. This woman should be shut down or at the very least go back to school. Take it from me, there are better out there. Go find them and avoid more accurately named, "Burn & Scar It"!
