great hi-lights and haircut!

I've been going to Lorese for the past 6 years and have never been disapointed with a haircut or my hi-lights. It's family owned and they do a great job and are very sweet!! I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes and have even been taken early if I get there early. The place is clean and well kept. I am greeted kindly and respectfully everytime I walk in the door!!

disgusting place to go. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

this place is disgusting. very dirty walls and ceilings, floor had dust everywhere. Clumps of hair that looks as if it's been there for months. staff uneducated in their fields. no compassion for people waiting. i waited for 35+ mins and no one approached me. i'll never go back.
