People v/s HAIRCLUB Politics?.
I have found this particular center of 'Hairclub for Men' to have a very nice atmosphere with talented Technicians who try to aspire to meet the needs of their clients. However, due to the lack of more good and qualified stylists, I have found many of the Technicians to be overworked and overloaded resulting in poor customer service and satisfaction.
Many of the technicians fall behind in schedule and in many cases, many of the appointments are rushed through, resulting in more errors and less time spent with my stylist. This repetitive cycle is unproductive and has caused a dramatic decline in HAIRCLUB'S business.
HAIRCLUB has hired many excellent stylists over time but the turnover rate is so high that the people want to know why? This assembly line approach towards clients and the high turn over rate of stylist, needs to be addressed by Management where time and consideration can be given so that the company can get 'Back to Basics' and focus on meeting the needs of "the customer" and not just the needs of a center!
