The car never showed up!

I am only giving this company 1 star because I can't give it a zero. Do not use them! The car never showed up. We were lucky that the neighbor was available to drive us to the airport. They did not even apologize.

Apparently this company operates under at least 2 more names

Disreputable Taxi Company

Be Warned ! This taxi company is unethical. Used this company's taxi to get from location in White Plains to LGA. I was given a receipt for $75, but when my credit card statement came in, this company had charged $80. When I called them, the man who answered told me they would check their records and get back to me within a day or so. Since I did not hear back from him within 2 days, I called a second time. I was told this time, by a woman, that I would have to call back tomorrow since there was a lot of paper on the desk to go through. DO NOT USE this taxi company. They do not know the meaning of integrity !

Rude, horrible service

I was quoted a price when I arranged a pick up. Because I was paying with a credit card I was told it would be an additional 15%. When the taxi driver picked me up, he refused to honor the price and wanted to charge me much more than the quoted price. I refused to pay based on the fact that I had received a different price when I ordered the cab. The dispatcher was horribly rude and the cab driver told me to pay or get out. Very dishonest people, please avoid them.
