great bakery and restaurant!. I had a B.L.A.T. sandwich with onions and it was great! The draw backs are that it is noise because it is popular and so big. I would return.

Makes White Plains bearable.... Great food, great pastries, and the only decent belgian waffles in White Plains... not your typical diner.

This diner is off the charts. City Limits Diner is one of the best diner I have been to. The menu is excelent. A great selection of appetizers, entrees, desserts, wines and beers. You must try the city limits burger and the worlds best milkshakes. So thick and creamy, it's to die for. City Limits Diner is a must eat at restaurant.
