Scrumptious Italian!. There hasn’t been a new review here in 2 years so let me add one to the mix – La Manda’s serves up INCREDIBLE food! We live in Manhattan but we used to live in White Plains & this is one of the haunts we try to eat at when visiting folks in the area. Everything here is delicious – pastas & sauces, pizza, salads, entrees! It’s homey & pretty lo-fi in ambiance, some tables are kind of close together. Good service. Cash only & no reservations, so there’s often a wait at dinner. But the wait is well worth it – really really tasty eats to be had here!

Excellent pizza!. After having lived in the heart of the Italian section of Brooklyn for several years, I'm a full-fledged pizza snob. I was very sketpical about finding any pizza worth its dough in Westchester County until I tried La Manda's. The smell of garlic wafting outside - I literally smelled it one day in my car while stuck in traffic - prompted me to research the casual-looking spot before giving it a try. The reviews sounded promising, the reality was even better. The pizza is very good - perfect thin crust that tastes almost like it has parmesan cheese in it, excellent sausage topping. We will definitely be back - and I cannot wait to try the entrees the menu. Very nice family atmosphere. Not fancy, just great food. Just what I love.

super thin, delicious pizza. On my way home sometimes I pick up from La Mandas. The pasta is generally good, but I keep returning for the pizza- very thin, crispy crust. The sauce is garlicly and delicious. I can easily finish one of these pies myself but it's great to reheat the next day too.
