This is a customer disservice.
I am not sure how this company is still in existent. The staff is not knowledgeable and not willing to help customers. Account information storage system is either grossly disorganized or simply non-existent - nobody seems to know how to access the text sent in for engraving! I had to speak to 6-7 people, and wasted more than two hours trying to place an order. Called a couple days later to check on the order, "Uh, it's too time-consuming so we'll recommend you to another franchise." WHAT THE @#$%!!! Good thing I called, otherwise, I'd look like a moron on the day the award is given out. Do yourself a huge favor - NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!
