Lousy Service. I had the worst experience ever ....

the hairdresser - Michelle - simply did not do what I wanted ..... it is like going to the store to get apples and you come out with oranges! It is a shame when you pay for a service that is not the quality that you were expecting. Hairdresser spends more time talking to the others than actually concentrating on what she is doing or, giving attention to her customer. Have no interest in going back.

BESt SALON. whenever i get a haircut here i always walk out of the store happy if u ask them wat kind of haircut they want they always give you the best so keep up the GOOD WORK!!

HOORAY!! GREAT PLACE, GREAT STAFF!!. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!! I WANDERED INTO THIS SALON ON A WHIM!!! i WAS TREATED WELL BY EVERYONE AND FELT RIGHT AT HOME. I RECEIVED THE EXACT CUT I WANTED.... I WAS SO PLEASED I NOW BRING ALL OF MY KIDS TO MEET UP WITH THE HAIR HUT GANG... I GUESS THAT'S WHY THEY'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 30 YEARS!!! KUDOS TO THE HAIR HUT!!

Horrible place to get the hair cut you asked for. This place does not give you the hair cut asked for or if you come in with a picture of a hair cut you want they will give you what they want to do. If they do not know how to cut a specific cut they are not honest to tell you they can not do it. I wanted a certain hair cut they didn't do it they went ahead to and did whatever they wanted to do. When I saw what they did I just wanted to scream and cry my eyes out. They ruined my hair to the point that I can't go anywhere else to fix it.

Longest wait at any salon and if you're not a regular, you will feel ignored. I have had very unfortunate experiences at Hair Hut. I was always made to wait for very long periods of time even though I always had an appointment and was a frequent customer. After a while, enough is enough so I stopped going. The stylists were friendly but many times, I felt they were more interested in socializing with each other and their regulars, rather than attending to new clients or old clients who didn't come in every week.
