Prime Locations currently my buildings management company is terrible! The agent and the owner, David Amster do not care about the shareholders in the building. They came into the building raising our maintenance, adding assessments and do nothing else. They don't respond to shareholders do not do what my coop's shareholders expect from a property management company. Very poor rating for this company, avoid at all costs!
