two very happy customers. My wife and I made an appointment with Yonkers Honda to look at a couple of certified CRV's listed on their website. Unlike a couple of other dealers we visited, they actually had the listed cars on the lot and ready for us to test drive when we got there. The sales rep. we dealt with was named Frank. He showed us what we wanted to see, didn't try to sell us something else, and was courteous and professional. He gave us a test drive, gave us time to look over the car, and didn't hover. At the end of the day Frank and Chris (the sales manager) made us a great offer on the car we liked best. We didn't have to compromise on what we wanted and are two very happy customers.

Honest!!!!. Went to Yonkers Honda and they are down right honest and very helpful I left the lot with a Honda CR-Z and I love it it really saves gas.

Service staff is very polite. All concerns and questions in regards to tasks not even part of the 90k miles service were answered. Calls of progress are made as promised.Service staff is very polite and professional and appears to enjoy their

work. The experience with the service staff for almost 10 years is outstanding.

great!. Mike, the service consultant, was great! And as I mentioned to him, I live in Queens, but chose to bring my car in to Yonkers Honda because of the customer service I received on the phone when I made my appointment. I called several Honda service places and Yonkers Honda was the most helpful and courteous on the phone.
