When You Need Someone To love Your Animal As Much As YOU! Then Look No Further.

I was amazed to find that no other comments were posted for this buisness. I have been going to Pelham Manor Vet Clinic for many years. I have also been trusting the care of my pets with the Head Vet Dr. Jakimer, just as long. To put it simply- The Staff there is loving and kind. They are always welcoming to your baby. Dr. Jakimer is one vet that takes his job and his love of animals VERY,VERY seriuosly. We recently left my Frankie Beans( Cat) there when his diabetes was out of control and he bagan to crash. We thought we would loose him. BG's were in the high 900's.I asked the question that hurts any animal lover. I asked Dr. Jakimer if the kindest thing to do was " Let Him Go"? Immediately he responded ABSOLUTELY NOT!there has been improvement with Frankie, and that is all i need! Humane Euthinization to Dr. Jakimer is the absolute last resort.He will exaust any and all possibilities. There are vets out there who would have eutinized Frankie. That is why my mother and i Trust Dr, Jakimer.
We have, over the time of going to Dr. Jakimer, had to put our two dogs to sleep, and even though times like that are never easy, he treated us with kindness and a gentleness that helped us through. Other vets come across as harsh and non caring. That is the true test of a Vet/ Doctor.
I no longer live close to the Vet.. But i still travel over forty minutes to continue with them..
If you love your babies as much as i do, then allow someone to care as much as you.Trust Pelham Manor Vet Clinic.
