I called Appliance Repair NYC late Saturday night. The technician came to our home on Sunday to repair my ice maker. He showed up as promised. He had the replacement part. His pricing was very fair. It is nice to deal with an honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable person. I will certainly call on him again and recommend him to my friends, coworkers, and family.

Arrived on time, went to work, found the problem, changed the faulty part, and the dishwasher came to life again. Cleaned up after the fix. And the bill was reasonable and left me with a very nice feeling about their company.

Just wanted to write a note regarding the outstanding service the technician provided to us today. After diagnosing the problem on the freezer as a broken fan, he discovered that he did not have the part on his truck. He called around and located it from an alternate parts store. He returned a couple of hours later with the fan and installed it.
