Westrock designed and installed a new gunnite pool for us last Spring. We were extremely nervous about taking on such a large project but everything from the very start was handled professionally. Ronnie, Bobby and all of their subcontractors were knowledgeable and did an expert job. We began the project in early Spring and had our first pool party in June! We highly recommend using Westrock.

Best experience ever!!! Just thought of westrock because a friend of mine was looking to put an inground pool in, last summer the guys over at westrock installed my inground pool and patio. I've heard many times of people having bad experiences with their inground installation and my experience with westrock was just fabulous. Andrew, one of the owners of westrock, made it the most enjoyable purchase for my husband and I. I would recommend westrock to anyone that is in the market for a swimming pool. Everyone in their store was also extremely knowledgeable and treated my husband and I as family. I can't wait to open up my pool and have another great summer.

We began looking into purchasing an inground pool in December 2011. Andy came to our house, sat down for an hour or so and explained everything to us. We decided to shop around. I immediately realized how pressured I was from every other company but Westrock. Andy never made those annoying phone calls. Andy, Ronnie, Bobby, and the rest of the Westrock staff were all so helpful throughout this new process. They returned our calls and far exceeded our expectations. We started the dig in the winter (unseasonably warm weather) of 2012. That crew was there like clockwork everyday until completion, with the only pauses being due to extreme weather conditions. There were no hidden costs that were sprung upon us. Many people are shocked at the overall cost, because they are read the adds in papers for inground pools for $29,000. That won't happen! All the "other stuff" is what raises that cost tremedously- i.e., landscaping, fence, patio. Due to our demanding work schedules, we can't always get to Westrock for the chemicals in a timely fashion. Andy personally delivers and applies the chemicals to the pool on his way home from work for us. This guy is great, and the company has been top-notch! Thanks to Westrock Pools for making our pool dreams come true! Maeve and Devin LOVE the pool!!!!!!

Bought my second pool from Andy this summer. Started off 10 years ago with an above ground and upgraded to an inground pool this year. Westrock was extremely helpful and the pricing was very good. They walked us through the process from beginning to end and even followed up months later with the closing. This family run business treats their customers like family.

We had a great experience with Westrock Pools. Andy, Bobby and Lance were reliable, responsible and friendly. The same was true for their workers, subcontractors and the guys in the store. Excavation and installation began in October 2011 and our in ground pool was ready to go by Memorial Day 2012. WE LOVE IT! We enjoyed it all summer and were happy to recommend Westrock to our jealous neighbors, who are now getting a pool too. It was a big decision, but we’re so glad we decided to get a pool and so glad we used Westrock. Go for it!

We originally talked to Ronnie the salesman about getting a pool in our house. After coming to the final figures, size and shape of the pool and spa, Ronnie took us to talk to Andy-felt like I was at a used car dealer. Andi assured us he would give us everything they best and then wrote on a piece of a paper that was some type of contact some details. I noticed that it says they don't do the actually install s hen I questioned it he seemed annoyed and asked me why I didn't trust him he gave me his word that it was just a mistake on the paper work. Ron took that copy with him and left us with a receipt. Four weeks later we go to the company to pick our liner as he said they were getting in some new choices. The pool was delivered along with the spa no one called nothing came home one day to find my garage obstructed. When my wife called she was told not to worry we would love the pool. She called me freaking out I called an spoke to a women who said she would contact the owner and have them call. o one ever did I called back and was out on hold begin told to call back keep tryings that they are not good at returning calls. Should have canceled them Now, we find out that the pool is not the size promised, the spa is not what we paid for. They tore up are whole property driving over the front yard for a pool that was going on the back yard. Dumped workers at are home we have Young daughters and didn't feel comfortable my wife actually took the kids to a friend. Mean time I stopped in and got no where called and was always promised a all back. When we bring this to the manager attention he was VERY unhelpful and eventually asked us to leave his office. Since the beginning of its we were giving the run around of who to talk to and that they would straighten out the problem. Finally we called the credit card and put a stop to the payment guess that got someones attention. The sale was canceled but not without destroyngmy property and countless wasted hours. How they are still able to open there doors , they claim they have been in businesss so long-so what they got away with it so long! Disgusted

They DO NOT return phone calls, answer emails or respond to faxes. Very unethical company! In a capitalist system where comsumer rights is protected and considered by the company who opperates in the United States. This type of company shouldn't be allowed to operate in the U.S. where the consumers right is protected by the law.

PLEASE,take my advise and don't sign a pool contract with this company .If you sign with them you deserve everything you get. first they will be all happy and go lucky with you but as soon as you sign this is what's going to happen,you will never here from your sales person again,what they tell you is in the contract will not be there,they will take a large down payment so that when you cancel they will keep it,in the middle of construction you will need something that is not in the contract and they will make you pay for it,before the pool is done they make you pay for all of the pool...

keep in mind that when you make that last payment all of these items still have to be done,,,,,your final inspection,yard clean up,pool, they destroyed my yard leaving garbage all over with attempt at cleaning up. Bob dropped off his no speak English pool pro's and you never seee him again. Caught a guy urinating on my neighbors bush. They advertise all professional they are not,they advertise you will love it, I and so many others I have came across while waiting to speak to Andy if he was actual in will tell you different. At one point I had ended up standing waiting for him with the same guy for the 3rd time we shared a similar story. Please hire a pool consultant to go over all your paperwork before you sign and hire that person to over see the job because they will cut corners to rip you off but smile in your face till the issues start.STAY AWAY

What thieves. Say they are selling name brand products and sell chinese knockoff which breaks after 1 week. They tell me to bring it to a motor repair shop in nyack at my own expense, then have the nerve to ask me to write a review after that. stay away or you will be scammed. Andy is a liar

Very unethical - Stay Away. Do not shop here or have your pool serviced by Westrock. I've had multiple negative experiences with the staff at Westrock, but none worse than what I went through today. To make a long story short, after bringing in a part to be serviced, they completely ignored what I asked them to do and wanted to charge me for a part that had nothing to do with my original request. The staff was nasty and very unprofessional. I have a neighbor who time and time again is disappointed with their service. If you live in Rockland, use Cool Pool for your opening and closings. Westrock is the worst!!!!

Long time customer. When I moved to Rockland 15 years ago I was told to go to Westrock to have my ingound pool installed because they would treat me right--I have never regretted it! I purchase all my supplies from them; have the pool serviced by them; have all my questions answered by them; and have purchased a heater for the pool and a hot tub from them. I have recommended Westrock to many friends who have used them and they are also extremely pleased. I highly recommend Westrock.
