“and in a elegant atmosphere”
“finally found the right place to have a delicious meal ,which was very affordable”
“Usually restaurants will jack up their prices on VDay with a pre-fixed menu but this restaurant still offered a wallet friendly menu.”
“WHATEVER, that would have been nice, ESPECIALLY since I said I was only asking because we would be dining at your place for my daughters 12th birthday.”
“The food and service are both good.”

Very rude owner; poor customer service. Brought parents for birthday dinner. Father (92) walks with walker. Owner would not honor our reservation; yelled at us; made everyone feel uncomfortable. Then he repeated his yelling several times. We have eaten at this restaurant before and would have expected appropriate customer service. We left and found a different restaurant who appreciates customers and treats people with respect.
RUDE THEY ARE. Recently a few of us went to La Terrazza. We were received by a waitress and were given a table in the center of the room. We could feel the reluctance in her body language as she showed us the table. We requested if we can be given one of the table in the corners. Instead of attending to our request, she gave us a very indignant look and said that the corner table doesn't have five sets and walked away. We were standing there wondering if we should be waiting when we are clearly not welcome. After we asked for the manager a man came over. As we were trying to explain to him of the experience, he cut us off. Instead of trying to know or let us finish he kept saying the same thing that he was not there. Finally he said that "this is not a place for you ladies". As we walked away humiliated, we were wondering if this was really happening at a time and place like this. Unbelievable!
Snotty RUDE OWNER AND WORKERS. This was the 2nd time I called in 4 months SIMPLY just asking if I need to make a reservation. The person(HE's THE PROBLEM) answering the phone said that They don't. Fine, I could understand that. Then I asked if they are typically busy on tuesday around 6:30 for a table of 4. This way if they said something like " You may want to come by 6:00 or maybe after 7:30.. WHATEVER, that would have been nice, ESPECIALLY since I said I was only asking because we would be dining at your place for my daughters 12th birthday. BOTH times the person on the phone had an attitude and was a snotty scumbag. They shouldn't have an AHOLE answering the phones. This was the 2nd time. I will never go to this restaurant again.. Mediocre at best and NOT worth the money...
A Gem in Rockland County.. I took my fiancee here for Valentine's Day and had a very pleasant experience. Usually restaurants will jack up their prices on VDay with a pre-fixed menu but this restaurant still offered a wallet friendly menu. The restaurant is easy to find and there is ample parking. We were seated immediately and didn't wait long for our food. We each started off with a glass of wine and had the Hot Antipasto as an appetizer. It's a sampler of their stuffed mushrooms, grilled shrimp, baked clams, and eggplant rollatini. I'm usually not a fan of eggplant but thought the eggplant rollatini was delicious. For entrees we had Lobster Ravioli and Veal Marsala. Both were good but the Veal could have been a bit more tender. Overall it was a good dining experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Rockland area.
Best of the best.
What a nice experience
Dining in Rockland leaves a lot to be desired
