Avoid!. An immense disappointment: Bourlet were great right up until the time we were committed, and then they ignored us and could not follow directions. As soon as you're a customer rather than a prospect, it is impossible to get their attention.

For over two weeks, they simply would not tell us where our art was and when it would be delivered. They also did not unpack competently or politely.

For what they charge, one expects far, far better.
