Horrible customer service and service dept run by James. If you have assumed that Mercedes Benz has guidelines to follow just because the name is Mercedes Benz you are totally wrong!. Mercedes Benz does not have any guidelines to follow and dealers can do anything they want with their customer, even missing respect. I am having Mercedes Benz since 1985 thinking that I am in "good hands". I realized how wrong I was in 2009 when Silver Star in Long Island NY delivered my car after serviced it with scratches covered by snow. The garage people immediately reported to me the problem just a few minutes after they delivered the car. The service dept. managed by a guy of name "James" denied their responsibility and wanted to charged me 1.000 dollars to fix the scratches!!. Of course I refused to pay and after I sent to my Amex Platinum card the lettter issued by the parking garage manager stating that was Mercedes Benz that delivered the car with scratches, Amex did not allowed to Silver Star to charge me the 1000 dollars. Now after two years, I have changed the car for the new convertible 2011. The car is showing that "it is due for service". Silver Star AGAIN is denying service. AGAIN "James" wants I paid the 1000 dollars for the scratches that "they did". He also has the courage to ask me "why I did not claim it to my insurance"!!!!. BE AWARE of Silver Star and BE AWARE of Mercedes Benz themselves, it is only a name, they do not protect their customers...probably TOYOTA will do better!. Next time I will consider LEXUS like everybody else is having in my area.

Love this dealership, this is our fourth new mercedes, third one from Silver Star. We just bought a E350 Cab, Jamal was great, found one, shipped it to dealer, called us when ready and let us pick it up on Saturday as more convenient.
They went out of their way to help, even putting in our two car seats which is not a nice job lol.
They even made us aware of new program which is a tire program which if you join you get rims always repaired/replaced and tires fixed when flat etc... no copays etc... great program especially with NYC pot holes which you can feel like you are going to fall into
Definitely use them again... As for the guy mentioning bait and switch and finance managers office... never heard or been into finance managers office they always come to you and everything is written down.
impressed by how much we could get for the same price. We weren't planning on buying a Mercedes. Came to look enroute to other manufacturer's dealership, but ended up returning, impressed by how much we could get for the same price at Mercedes. Great saleswoman (Anna) who was candid, helpful, honest, and didn't put any pressure on us to buy. We'll return ... but not for a while because we love our 2009 ML350 with only 20,000 miles!!!
wonderful costumer service. I would like to thank Annamaria for her wonderful costumer service skills. I came in for a trade in and I am glad I was approached by her. She was very friendly, energetic and easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and is able to accurately answer any question you may have. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Overall great. most of all I think is the trust i felt in the salesperson, Nesto, i worked with. Not only does this guy live and breathe cars, but he's possibly one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. And he's a car dealer. I couldn't imagine going to someone else. Overall great, experience and i get to drive a Benz.

Helpful and energetic. I bought a 2008 Mercedes from Anna Gjomarkaj. She was was very helpful and energetic and had a positive attitued throughout the negotiation. She answered all of my questions and was quick to get back to me when I called. The process went smoothly and I got the car I wanted at what I think is a reasonable price. The car was nicely detailed. I've had it for about a week and I'm very happy with it.
I just picked my C300 from Robert. He was fantastic and everyone at the dealer was friendly. They answered all my questions and were very informative.
Rosemary helped me with all my paperwork and quickly responded to some questions I had after I picked up my car. Great experience.
