WORST AAA TOWING CO. EVER!!!. DO NOT ACCEPT TOWING SERVICES FROM TONY'S TOWING SERVICE INC.!!!!

AAA should review its association / selection of Tony's Towing Service as its station of choice in Queens.

1) I requested a flat bed truck (due to damage to back tires) to tow my car to an out of state auto body shop. A regular tow truck showed up.

2) The tow truck driver told me he could get me someone to fix the tire so I could drive it. I declined the tire fix idea.

3) The driver then tried to sell me on getting the work done at an auto body shop in the area that he would tow the car to - EVEN SAID THE SHOP WOULD COVER MY INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE!!! He was hard selling services I did not request nor was I interested in hearing about.

4) After I declined these unwanted services, the driver said AAA would be calling me back soon and he drove off.

After reading the other posts here - I am so glad I did not allow Tony's Towing Service to tow my car to an auto body shop of its choice.

I am a proud AAA member and in the past have always been happy with the services I've received, including about a half dozen towing company experiences in the 16+ years I've been a AAA member. Until today that is! I have never had a towing company try to influence my decision regarding any work on my car. This should not be allowed.

Please join me in filing your complaints with your local AAA office about this scamming towing company.

NOT RECCOMENDED. i am a proud member of AAA and unfortunately this is the first towing service on thier list for Queens. towed and "fixed' my dad's truck and rip him off!! i called AAA to protest this shop and for whatever reason they were very defensive. please wait for a different tow company even if AAA tells you it would take longer. next stop for me is the Better Business B. and maybe calling the state attorney's office. did i mention one of the mechanics yelled at us when we inquired why the charges were a little steep???

I don't know if I can trust.. I could not started my car and called AAA. Tony's Towing Service was near and came in a short time. I was brought to an repair shop with a AAA sign, called Salamis Service Station. It ended up with a repair fee of $600. I don't know if I had a good job done, but to my dismay, the shop tried to replace my battery, which I just bought brand new a week ago.

fast service and AAA authorized. Tonys Towing Service was sent to service me after i called AAA when i got stuck with my car. When the driver came out to service my car it would not start.They offered to take me to the AAA authorized service center. (Salamis Service Center) where they checked my car, gave me a resonable price and then with my ok they fixed it. When they finished my car they called e they picked me up from my house. Igot ny car car back repaired there and it has been fine since....... GOOD PLACE FOR CAR REPAIRES
