great customer service from a NON-CORPORATE retailer.. The guy who owns this place is great. He really knows what he's talking about and he won't try to sell you something you don't need. I bought a sewing machine there and not only did I get out of there spending less than I expected -- he gave me an hour long tutorial on the machine. He's an honest guy. Shop here!
