Great skincare - and it's convenient and relaxed!. You MUST go see Iva to get the best facial of your life! And at the same time, you can avoid that whole "salesie" experience you get at most of the spas - although she does have some great products to purchase so be sure to ask her because she won't pus them on you!

Iva knows exactly what your skin needs - her treatments alone leave my skin looking and feeling SO good (to the point where strangers tell me how beautiful my skin is and trust me, that never used to happen), and the other great thing is she'll teach you how to take care of it properly in between treatments - even if you want to stick with the products you already have, she'll tell you how to get the most out of them, unless of course they are just down right bad for you.

You can just feel that Iva's main goal is helping you look and feel your best. She'll spend as much time and energy as it takes to get your skin into shape. She is careful and calm yet detail oriented. I walk out feeling great inside and out everytime!

Greatest Eyebrow Waxing!!. Iva transformed my eyebrows from grizzly to red carpet ready. She is the best at waxing and skin care!

Baby soft skin!. She is great! I recommend her to all of my friends.

Her space is very creative, comfortable and healing.

I see and feel the results. My skin glows and it's healthy, not covered in chemicals...

I couldn't imagine putting chemicals and preservatives on my face or going somewhere else in NY for a facial.

It was what it was.... :))))). The person who did my facial was good and didn't push me to purchase any of the products (though I plan to later on...), which was a definite plus.

I would go back to this place - the prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was good. I had some quirks I didn't like, but it wasn't enough for me not to go back.

A little piece of Heaven on Steinway!. My skin used to clog and break out regularly and this was something I just accepted until I started going to Iva. After just seeing her once I noticed a difference in my skin, so I kept going back, and going back. Absolutely no pressure from her, but the results were just amazing. She was so cool, the environment was totally relaxing, and most importantly I noticed a difference in my skin practically right away. I NEVER break out anymore and my skin has totally improved. When I have an appointment coming up, I get excited for it because she's fun, it's sooo relaxing, and my skin glows afterwards. I highly recommend her.

RELAX, ENJOY, AND SMILE.... Iva is the best. There is nothing you won't love about her. My skin has never looked so great and after a session with her I truly am smiling from the inside out... and it shows! Thanks Iva!

Best wax&facial!. Iva is fantastic. The environment is personal and unpretentious and her treatments are fabulous and reasonably priced. Hands down the best (bikini/eyebrow) wax I've ever had and I also highly recommend her facials. Couldn't ask for anything more in a spa and, furthermore, Iva is a genuinely lovely person!

Love it!. My former facialist had left the town and I was looking for a valuable replacement. A friend of mine who had worked at the same salon as Iva's before recommended her.

Right away you can tell that the woman is a pro and her attention to details is comforting. She knows what she's doing and she delivers.

Spas aren't cheap, if you're broke you don't go to one. This being said her prices are reasonable and definitely cheaper than in the city.

I've already recommended her and I will keep doing it!

I still smiling and feeling good !. Iva saved my skin.I went in with super dry skin that was breaking out (I was hideous, not to mention scared to go outside) and she was soo incredibly nice and assuring. She gave me the greatest hydro treatment EVER!

I will definitely go back!

Gorgeous studio, A+ services. I just moved to NY from London. I am quite happy I found this sweet place to get my waxing. Iva is brilliant, and her attention to detail is what I look for. She is extremely esthetically oriented which is something we all look for when we spend our hard earned money. I would recommend Iva to people who are looking for someone who goes the distance to make you happy.

I especially love the Guinot products sold here!
