Crosslands - Owner Mike is awful. I have used crosslands on and off for 10 years. I am boxed in because they had some special deal with the NYSE.

When u try to tip on a voucher every driver says that Mike the owner does not give them the money. Its a form of overcharging the voucher accounts. When I asked him directly he denies it.

I regularly have to look at bills to make sure drivers dont pad it.

I know its not a cash thing wtih the tip because,to a driver , they say dont write anything tip wise even if I say I dont have cash.

They also charge stops by where the stop is. If you have to pee and stop for 2 minutes they charge half of the full rate from the pick up to where u are. Not a flat stop fee..

In other words.. if you were going to North Jersey and stopped to pick up milk at a 7 11 near your house, The rate becomes 1 and half times the real rate. 75 dollar gallon of milk.

I have had unending amounts of unruly and sleepy drivers.

The cars are nice but there is something very odd going on there.

I have used the service for about 20k a year for the past decade and Mike , the owner is very disrespectful and noresponsive.

Im a dviver and havent got paid. I worked for crosslands for 2 days 3 months ago. The company refuses to pay me for the days i worked. Everytime i call the dispather refuses to let me speak to Mike and Ismail.

Please dont use this company. They really messed me up bad. Thanks

Please Find Someone Else!!!. People left me on an hour outside the city and thought it be best if I found another ride home. Sweet!!!!

These guys really GET IT!. These guys are fantastic. I have used the service 3 times, always to/from the airports. Twice, it has been in Brand-new Mercedes, for the standard price. The cars are neat and clean, the drivers are early and very friendly. Prices are fair (approx $45-$50 depending on the airport). All in all a very well run service, and worth extra bucks for the cars and reliability. There are so many crappy services out there - these guys are a breath of fresh air.

They really took care of us.. Well we need a limo right away in NYC. The doorman said the only company he knew could have a stretch limo in the city with no reservation was Crosslands. He didn't know the phone number but after a trip to the hotel desk and their recommencdation failed to provide a car they got us the number. The preson on the Phone a Crosslands was not only helpful but also helped us figure out the best rate for us. They had a full size brand new 10 passenger stretch at the hotel in 20 MINUTES !! Wow even the doorman was impressed.
