Horrible. i ordered a burger and i specifically asked for my burger to be well done. When i recieved my burger i took a bite and it was really pink. RARE i called back and told them that they messed up my order and the man on the phone was extremely rude , he tone of voice sounded like he was taunting me. he even hung up on me. i wont ever order from there again.

The best!!!!!!!!!. I love this place round the clock service, food, delivery, and anything you can dream of this place has. It has great asthetics inside and out. There owners are great people with great hearts that invite you into their arms. I would especially recomend the chicken ceasar salad its delicious and its a monster portion. Hands down the best diner in NYC.

Best diner in Queens - period. This place shines from the outside in. The exterior and interior are maintained immaculately. I couldn't get over how they maintain that polished steel with not a single fingerprint! Amazing.

The food was also amazing. Menu is the size of a phonebook - I wouldn't want to be a chef in this place and have to remember all those receipes! Portions were huge, I couldn't finish a simple breakfast and the prices were excellent. They're also 24hours and offer free delivery around the clock!

I've been to all the major diners in Queens (Georgia, Michael's, Neptune, Jackson Hole) and althought they're all good, something about this place sets it apart.

sorry..... I work late shift and sometimes get something to eat after work in my neighborhood of Astoria. I know restaurants can be unpredictable from day-to-day so when I had a terrible burger (at Belaire) the first time, I went there a few weeks later and the burger was just as nasty. I went there a third time and I couldn't believe how dry and burnt the burger patty was (I asked for medium). Why do some (bad) chefs insist on smashing down on the burger patty as hard as they can while they're cooking it, depleting it of all the juices and making it as hard as cardboard!!!??? Michael's is better and also Sanford's but Sanford's doesn't accept credit cards.

In my opinion, this is the best diner in Queens.... I don't have much to say about this place. It's the best diner in Queens. The only possible complaint is the fact that it's busy, and on weekends in the morning it's hard even to get a seat at the counter. Everyone is treated well by the staff (not that common for local diners), and the food is always done right. Eat here!

Best diner ever. Great food, great price, great service. The complete dinners are awesome - lots of variety, fresh food, well-seasoned. I moved away, but still eat here when I'm in town. Calamari Portuguese is my favorite of all time. They're renovating, and adding extra seating. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

May best the best diner in NYC. You wouldn't think so with the silly looking neon lights on top, but the food at Belaire (as my friend Haras Hus would say) is simply superb. Everything from appetizers to main course is always prepared to our highest expectations. What's even nicer is the friendly staff they've assembled. Parking is great around the area for such a busy interesection and well lit at night. Whether you've got a craving for a pizzaburger deluxe like my friend Butch Park or crepes (like you Ms. O.T.), you really can't do better than BelAire on the corner of 21st and Broadway!

the #1 place to eat!. This is not just a 'diner'; Pat and Archie make this a family occasion! The waiters are the best and the food is absolutely great!!! I had a holiday party catered recently; the manager took special care in helping me create the menu, and when the food arrived at my house, it was not only great, the portions were more than generous!!! You are in for a special treat to eat at this family establishment!

Nothing Better than Bel-Aire. I've had hamburgers in many places in New York, but there is nothing better than a Bel-Aire burger.

The burger is flame-broiled as it should be for that great taste, and the bun is toasted so it doesn't get soggy.

Whenever I have a less than good day, I go to Bel-Aire, have a bacon-cheeseburger, or bacon-burger deluxe, and everything's good again.
