Good realtor, but very disorganized

I agree with all the opinions about Angelica being disorganized and busy, but she found me a great apartment at a great price so I can't complain. All you have to do is know that there will always be someone waiting ahead of you and make sure to call ahead of time and remind her that you're coming to see her. If you do that and are patient, she will definitely find you a great apartment.

Good realtor, but difficult to work with

I would recommend Angelica to anyone looking for an apartment in Astoria, because she has a huge amount of inventory and keys so you aren't wasting time contacting landlords just to see the apt. I used several brokers in Astoria and no one has the quality and quantity that Angelica has. I love my new apartment.

With that in mind she is really really busy, as a result you will probably hate working with her. She can't remember your name, won't return your calls, she's always late, and there's often someone already waiting for her in front of you. Often you feel like you are working for her, then the other way around.

It's really hard finding a no fee apt in Astoria, or else I would say don't waste your money and go that route. Unfortunately landlords in Astoria just don't operate that way. Having used other brokers Angelica's listings were by far the best. Many brokers didn't even have one apt to show me, so I would definitely have her show you some units before deciding on a place because you will get a better idea of range and price.

Rude, Disorganized and Completely Unethical

Angelica from Capital Realty LLC. is not the professional she pretends to be. Do not contact her for any reason. Do not even step near her office.

I had the most terrifying experience in my life with her so called "broker service". She never got the phone on a first try, she put me on hold every time I was lucky enough to reach her, she was extremely rude by telling me "Nobody is that difficult" and wasted my time by not answering 90% of my questions. Instead she gave me some general and made-up answers.

On the top of everything I found out that not all the offers, she published are real. She only put them on-line in order to get contacted. And when somebody does she tells them that that place is gone, but she has another one at the moment and it has a higher price.

When I read the reviews, written by all the people before me- it is like they took the words about this woman out of my mouth.

Save yourself the headache and find another broker to help you. DO NOT SEARCH HELP AT Angelica from Capital Realty LLC. YOU WILL NOT GET IT!!!
