Please stay away - The Barber literally butchers customers. My husband had his hair cut by a barber at this hair salon and he was cut and grazed very badly on the back of his neck and ear. Horrible !!!! The Manager was not very sympathetic..........So unless you want to be butchered please stay away......

Returning customer for many years. I have been going to this salon for approximately fifteen years. It may not offer some of the fancy services available in Manhattan, but for a cut, color and other basic services this salon cannot be beat. Most of the staff has been working in the salon for as long as I have been a patron. There are times when I may have to wait due to a last minute squeeze in appointment, but one day I may need to be squeezed in and I appreciate the ability to do so. You can't beat the prices. Overall, I always get a good cut, trust the staff that work there and can't imagine going anyplace else.

Dependable hair Styling. I've been going to Lu Tresse for a few years and up to now I have been relatively pleased with the service. My hair cuts were dependable, not necessarily stylish. The same could be said for getting color done. What kept me at Lu Tressse was the affordability and dependability of the services.

After my last visit I have decided not to return. I scheduled an appointment and the stylist I had been seeing for years "fit someone in". Due to this my appointment began late and was frequently interrupted to attend to the non-scheduled person.

As usual, my hair is fine. It's not the greatest or the worst cut, just dependable. Due to the poor service I will not return.

You get what you pay for.
