Just got my car fixed here and I'm very satisfied. As a female there's always the fear that you'll be taken for an extra ride when dealing with mechanics without a male presence. However thats never the case when I go here. My car started making this noise and it sounded major! I went to Punjab and was assisted by the mechanic Ronny. At first I was skeptical cause I've been told by mechanics to fix a problem that wasn't actually the problem and then having to spend extra money. Fortunately the problem was just my brakes and he did a really great job with them. I was so impressed that I am going back to do more work that I have been neglecting. So in closing I recommend Punjab AR.

THE WORSE AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN LONG ISLAND CITY. a few days ago i took my car there to just put a wheel stud for $20 and they broke my axle which cost me $130 to fix it. so while the guy was taking out the wheel hub and other stuff ..he hit the axle with the hammer because he need to take out Wheel Hub Assembly in order to put the wheel stud but no one should ever hit the axle with the hammer because the CVE joint will break down. Wheel Hub Assembly should be take out by hitting slowly from the behind of Wheel Hub Assembly WITHOUT HITTING THE AXLE. anyways after he put the wheel stud and everything back on ..i went for drive and i heard noise so i came home and i try to find out that how to remove Wheel Hub Assembly so i found out that if anyone ever hit the axle with the hammer the CVS joint will break down so i realize that the guy broke my axle. so i went back to them and ask the f***ing guy with mousdash that his guy broke my axle. he told me that the noise is comes because my bearing isnt good. so i told him "listen your guy broke the axle because he hit the axle with the hammer" he told me " you dont know anything just change your bearing and the noise will be gone" so i said "ok" but i knew the mother f**ker broke my car axle so after he change whole Wheel Hub Assembly for a baring, still car was making the same noise so i told him you see its not the problem with my car bearing..its your guy who broke my axle. so he put it back my old bearing. then check again and told me " oh the noise is coming from transmition" anyways i knew the f**ker isnt gonna commit that the guy broke the axle so i went to a greek guy btw Broadway and crescent st (joy macanich i guess that was the grage name) so he check and told me that my axle is broken so he told me give me $130 and i will fix it so he did fix it. and i got a receipt from him to show the f**ker panjab mother f**kers that they broke my axle and they need to pay but they didn't pay after i show the receipt to them. anyways mother f**kers was lucky because when i put the wheel stud i didnt take receipt thats why i was not able to call cops on them because i dont have any prove that those mother f**ker broke my axle. i would say Punjab Auto is the WORSE Auto Repair Shop in Long Island City. those indian asswhole mother f**ker people dont know any s**t about auto. if you go there for fix one thing they will break some thing else. so i would say NEVER GO TO PANJAB FOR ANYTHING. AND TELL YOUR FRIEND AND FAMILIES WHO EVER U KNOW THAT NOT TO GO THERE.

Punjab Auto is the Best Auto Repair Shop in Long Island City. Punjab Auto have Great Services and experienced Technicians. I have been using this workshop for last 10 years my all Auto jobs done on time with modErate price rate.

great place for auto repair and body work. i am going in this shop from 12 years and i never have any problum with them and i recomend hundreds of people to them and thay all are great full to me couse thay get quick and great service i will recomend every one to go there and find out there service and honesty and you have to go there for your satisfection

Pure rip off. This shop will always rip you off.original parts wolud be replaced with cheap parts and you would be charged for premium parts.anyway paying with plastic would always be welcomed

Terrible service. Don't go to Punjab Auto Repair on 21st Street in Long Island City. They will change their tune as soon as they start working on your vehicle. They lie to their customers and make up absurd excuses. I would never trust them ever again. You will be promised a 30 minute turn-around time, then once they have your vehicle apart, they will concentrate on other customers, since now you cannot just leave. When you tell them you were promised a quick turnaround and quality service, they will tell you that you shouldn't have come in so late, and other nonsense. It just doesn't seem as though they want your business. Take your vehicle elsewhere, stay away from Punjab Auto Repair.
