If you like LOUD MUSIC constantly playing. SO LOUD, you cannot hear your I POD this dump is for you. The staff is anything but helpful. The equipment is very old and the barbells are a constant hassle to find two that match. The bathroom sinks are from the stone age and the locker room and shower room are more often than not a total mess. Better of paying a little more somewhere esle where you patronage is appreciated.
Pros: none

After having been a member at a number of gyms across the country, I can not rate this gym very highly. Yes, the gym is open 24 hours on weekdays, features classes, lots of equipment, towels, nice sauna, protein shakes, relatively friendly staff and reasonable membership costs. ... However - the equipment is pretty old, the locker rooms, the showers and the steam rooms are uncomfortable, run down and smelly. Overall, I would recommend this gym as not a bad value for money, but it is far from the "best gym in Brooklyn" it aspires to be.
Pros: work hours, spaciousness, staff
Cons: old equipment, shabby interiors, locker rooms
