Just thought I’d add to the list of non-recommendations for this snooty, condescending, elitist, and stuck-up store! I went in today with the intent of spending several hundred dollars on a new pair of shoes and pedals… but after walking in and being ignored for 15 minutes by every worker there, (who by the way think they’re ALL better than you are) I walked out. They just don’t care, and if they happen to go out of business one of these days, neither will I... I’d rather take the extra 30 minutes to ride into Manhattan to go to Bicycle Habitat or Gotham Bikes anyways… I'd rather talk with the actual bikers in those two stores than these snobs any day!

These guys are terrible. Customer service is horrible, their tune-ups are marginal at best, and they’re as arrogant as it gets. I’ve been told they do most of their business on-line so they don’t really care about the locals that walk into their shop – sad to have such a shop in Park Slope.
