NO Customer Service Skills. I went in to get a remote start, guy ended up installing an alarm system. MAnager said it was his fault but refused to discount my remote start. Due to his error I had to wait another 2 hours for them to take out the alarm, and put in the remote start. Manager never apologized never offered and consoling words for his horrible mistake. Now I have a remote start but a hole in my dashboard for the little light-bulb if an alarm system I don't have. After pulling out o their garage my maintenance light went on. I called them and they said that has nothing to do with he installation. Going to my dealer sometime this week...to check it out. All in all if this wasn't a gift for someone I would have just left the shop after they removed the mistakenly installed alarm system. Never again will I go to Crown Auto PArts
