Not reliable, no return call.
I scheduled a repair for my ge dishwasher. They came out, drained the smart dispenser, which was filled with water, never reconnected the sensor, which to be fair was disconnected by a previous tech, and LEFT ME WITH A HUM THAT THE DISHWASHER DIDN'T HAVE PREVIOUSLY! I rescheduled for them to come out again. The morning that I set aside for the repair, they called me, saying that they were not coming out, and that they reorderd the part. I told them that that was probably not the problem, and asked for the owner, John, to call me back. He did not. I called back a few times, and they never called back. I went to this website, and saw that someone else had a similar experience. I rescheduled with GE for SOMEONE ELSE. I called Jen, and left a message, outlining my complaint, and that I would not use them.

Horrible Customer Service & High Prices. Curt, Rude, dishonest & unreliable. This sums up this place. I made an appt. to fix our washer and they never showed up the first time. The second time was another bust. When I confronted the scheduler she blantantly IGNORED my question and asked if I was available on another date? Yeah, right! Plus the price of the estimate was $75 in addition to repairs! When I asked why I never received a cancellation call she denied I had made an appointment. There are many other great repair companies to choose from, do NOT call these people!
