Great Car Service. Thank you for the excellent service I received at Star Nissan. I have been a loyal customer since I purchased my Maxima in 2006. Customer service is extremely important to me. The gentleman that I worked with in the parts department was patient and articulate explaining the details of my purchase of wiper blades. He also answered numerous questions using simple language that I could understand. During the oil change several, rather urgent, repairs were discovered. I was overwhelmed by the costs I had not planned for. I was assisted in prioritizing and budgeting for necessary parts and repairs. Customer service makes all the difference when deciding where I purchase goods and services. I will be returning to Star Nissan for all service and parts because of the excellent service I received.

Just a warning to stay clear from this car dealership. They are as slizzy and crooked as they come. Their prime adjectifve is to rip you off; take your money and basically run...
Purchased a new 2011 vehicle from this dealership which they didnt even give us a single break on price. They actually dupped us by saying that they would add mats for us since it didnt come with it so it would seem like we were getting a deal to find after that it already came with it...
We noticed the there was a yellow light on the dash pertaining to one of the car's main function... Gus, the business manager was even called over to inspect and see what was wrong with it. Basically he's response was, oh it's nothing and that the light will go off once we start driving it. In good faith we took he's word for it. The dealer also said to bring it back if there was any problems. They were so happy to see us off. Even congradulating us on our new purchase.
Soon find out that the light wasn't turning off...in fact when we opened our car manual, it indicated that it was a warning light indicating malfunction and needed attention. So when we called up to complain, they basically said to take it into service and have it checked out. HELLO!!! We just drove it out of the lot and now they telling us to service it because they don't know what's wrong with it?!! Is there something wrong with this picture?!! Buyers be warned and beware!!!
