Went there on Saturday and it was great! Great feel, great food and great service!
Tasteless Brunch Mimosa. We went there for their Sunday brunch. Food was decent, portion was huge, but the drink was so water down. We all had the mimosa and it's so bland that all we could taste was the ice. At the very end of our meal, the waiter asked if we would like to have another round. Without knowing that the second round was not free, we all got yet another water down mimosa with TONS of ice that cost us $8 EACH! C'mon, there are many restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn that offer UNLIMITED brunch drink WITHOUT ice! Granted, their brunch price was very reasonable for the amount of food that they gave, but $8 for a little glass of ice with few drops of OJ?!?!! Sorry, I will go back for their food, but definitely not the drinks, whether it's free or not!
Not Happy. Bartender made back to back bad drinks,a tasteless icey Pina Colada, replaced by an overdone Rum-n-Coke with dark Rum instead of light. The Waitress (Eve) didn't offer to refill our soft drinks nor asked if our food was ok. She wrote down our order and served it without checking to see if it was the order we requested. Our Entree selections were very bland. I order rice, and she gave me mashed potatoes, and no choice of vegetable entree. She dissappeared after serving the meal and returned at the end with the check. That's my 1st and last time @ Burbon Street. The place is over Hyped.
Love to go back. We went there on 08/15/09 for our 6th anniversary. We had a great time. The food was great, everyone was very friendly. We had to take some food home. I had the Marinaded Steak. My husband had a Reg. Steak. They were great great. Mine was a foot long. Wow! I was thinking 'What the heck??' We ordered some deserts too. We thought we were going to have a few scoops of ice cream. They gave us 6,7 scoops of Vanilla & Chocolate ice cream with slices of Banana & wipe cream. It finished with two cherries on the top. It was amazing. Almost too much! We would love to go back soon.
Fantastic!!!!!!!. I have been in Burbon a few times, loved their food every time. The service is great, the drinks awsome. Will definately go back.
Bridal Shower Brunch was Fantastic!. I hosted a bridal shower brunch for my friend on a Saturday afternoon and had a wonderful time. The food was great and the service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to make sure that my guests had everything that they needed. Most of all the bride had a great time. I will definitely be there again!
Spice Up Your Life!!. Bourbon Street has a nice variety of menu items; something for everyone. The range is from juicy 20-16 oz. Sirloin and Rib Eye Steaks to Blackened Burgers and awesome salads. It was hard for us to choose an appetizer, but decided to go with BBQ Shrimp. I am addicted to that dish now. There is also an entree version of it served with pasta. All the desserts are homemade and to die for. The atmosphere was very cozy and fun. Our waitress was extremely helpful and very informative, she was also very nice and funny. Overall I love this place and you will not go home hungry. Check it out and be thrilled!!!!
Helene Audrey. I was just there the other day and the rugs were very clean-I have no idea what the motive of the last person's review was but it was not an honest one. The restaurant is clean the serfvice is very good and so is the food.
Editorial Review. Down south New Orleans cooking meets New York style and flair at this charming American/Cajun restaurant in Flushing.
Great atmosphere. I have been there so many times. The staff is awesome, the bartenders are the greatest and friendliest people ever. It is a relaxed atmosphere with a lot of people that are there just to have a good time. I highly recommend this place for lunch, diner or just a great night out!
