Quality work, great service!. Just recently someone smashed my car door while it was parked outside my house. What a bummer! I had no idea where to get it fixed, and was cleary upset about it. Asking around I was referred to V & S by a friend who lives in my building. I bring my car (2008 Honda Civic) over and right away I think this is a good move. The place is big and clean with a nice office. Vinny, the manager goes over the damages with me, and assists me in filing a claim through my insurance. I leave the car the same day, get set up with a rental. About 10 days later he calls to tell me the car is done. The car looks perfect, they fixed everything like new.

I definitely recommend V & S as they are very nice, and provide excellent customer service.

Excellent Service, Fair and Honest pricing. I brought my 2001 BMW 3 series for a 60,000 mile service. They checked over the whole car, and found some issues in the front end. They called me with a price, and promptly continued with the repairs. I picked up my car the following morning feeling very satisfied with a job well done.

Highly recommended!

Be aware of Vincents. I broght my car, which had very minor issue.

1) the car was in the shop for 6 days and this is the job that can take a man to do withing two hours, in my case it was changing oil hose, battery, and engine oil.

2)Was charged over $600 in cash....Paid almost 550 in cash and that was charged the rest + tax on my card. Please note I paid in cash.... no taxes are collected in other stores if you pay in cash. I have been told that i will pay tax only on the difference in my case ($50) where in reality I was charged another $50 just in taxes.

3) I have been told that V&S are accepting extended warranties (in my case GE). They told me that I will pay onlu the deductable and the rest they will charge GE. 6 days later i was informed by them that GE refused to pay. I have called GE after their servise. GE rep told me that noone from this shop has done any requests.

They have charged me over $600 plus taxes. I have spent 300$ in car rental, cause they kept car in the shop for 6 days. And the service they provided was very unsatisfactory... I weill never come to this place again... And please if you will go... Make sure everything is done the same day... and for the reasonable prices.
