Best Chinese Food EVER!!. Imperial Wok has been my go-to Chinese food spot for many many years now. My family & I order food from here regularly because they have the best chinese food ever, hands down! The menu is reasonably priced and they have free delivery. Their Sesame Chicken is one of my favorite dishes - DELICIOUS & perfect every time! I always compare the food to other chinese restaurants, and nothing comes close in terms of taste! We do take out and also have them cater when we have parties, and our guests always ask where the food is from! The place itself though is pretty small with about 4 tables, so I would suggest taking it to go, which is what it's really meant for. Very surprised that anyone would give this place a negative review. I highly recommend this place!

Worst Service EVER. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT--EVER! THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND WILL NOT DELIVER IF THEY CANNOT FIND PARKING! I REPEAT: THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER, OVERCHARGE YOU, SAY THEY'LL DELIVER, AND THEN CALL TO CANCEL IF THEY CANNOT FIND PARKING!!!!

I have many take out restaurants near my apartment, but I was actually told that this place was pretty OK by a friend. i thought it was strange since the place actually looks kinda dingy, but I still placed my order by phone for chicken fried rice and beef chow fun. The food ended up being overpriced, but I didn't think twice about the price since the place was supposed to be good. They told me in 30 minutes they'd be here....NOT!

45 minutes later I get a phone call from the delivery man, ORDERING me to come down. LITERALLY! The man said "You ordered Chinese food? Come down now, food here now!" What is that about?!!?!?!? I thought the man didn't understand me, and told him that my apartment was on the 5th floor. THIS MAN ACTUALLY CALLED ME A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES, AND THE RESTAURANT ITSELF CALLED ME 3 TIMES AS WELL TO TELL ME THAT I NEEDED TO COME DOWN TO PICK UP MY FOOD!

Let me explain why this is such a big deal: I have a 6 week old child. I was by myself. There is NO WAY I am going down 5 floors and have to either leave my child alone, or bring my newborn down to a cold lobby, open a door and expose her to the outside. I mean, REALLY?! I explained this NUMEROUS times, first nicely and then not so nicely, and I was still told that MY FOOD COULD NOT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE THE DELIVERY MAN COULDN'T FIND PARKING! I have NEVER encountered a delivery place not being able to deliver food b/c they couldn't find parking! It's quite simple...you look for it! I have now wasted 45 minutes and have to order food from my usual Chinese spot. I intend to let my friend know what ghastly service I have received, and I'm quite sure he will help spread the word.
